• The facility is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current STANDARD CHARTERED Bank's (hereinafter referred to as Bank) Credit Card

• The Facility offers opportunity to purchase products, offered by Valuemart, listed in the catalogue for a price as set-out therein.

• The payments by the Cardmember would be charged on their respective SCB Card(s)

• The Facility is available to Primary Cardmembers/Add-on/additional Cardmember

• Standard Chartered Bank is not making the offer and the Bank makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with regard to the type, quality or fitness of the Product offered nor shall the Bank entertain any claim in respect of the same.

• The Bank shall not be liable in any manner for any loss / damage / claim whatsoever and howsoever that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods or services availed by the Cardmembers

• Any disputes that may arise out of the Facility, all claims are necessarily to be referred to Valuemart and in full exception to the Bank

• The Cardmember undertakes not to raise any dispute nor shall he/she initiate any legal proceedings with respect of the Product / service offered under this Facility, against the Bank

• Bank holds the exclusive right in its sole discretion to, refuse or deny the Facility to any Cardmember

• The Cardmember shall become ineligible to participate in Facility, in the event the Cardmember becomes delinquent or commits any default, in payment or his/her Card is cancelled before the expiry of / during the Promotion Period The Bank reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Facility at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the Cardmember at all times

• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body or any other participating merchant establishment which may arise, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardmember and/or billed to the account of the Cardmember

• The terms and conditions mentioned herein shall not override anything inconsistent with the terms and conditions contained in Cardmember(s) agreement

• The Facility shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Facility shall deem to be automatically withdrawn

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the Facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only

• Bank expressly disclaims all its liability related to any loss or damage or otherwise any claim / dispute ofthe Cardmember in relation to Product / brand damage or otherwise any claim / dispute of the Cardmemberin relation to Product / brand under this Facility

• For resolutions of disputes, with regard to Products purchase under this Facility, Cardmember shall approach Valuemart only. Expenses for the same would be borne by the customer

• Offer valid till 15th Dec. 2007.
